Jacopo Demurtas, MD, MEd, PhD, is a family physician working in the rural setting of Capalbio, located in the southern region of Tuscany.
His research interests focus on the application of digital technologies in primary systems, with a particular emphasis on implementing computerized decision support systems and developing mobile applications to enhance patient self-management.
A teacher of remote triage and consultation, he is coordinator of the Family Medicine Specialty Training in Siena.
