Jody Dean
Jody is Assistant Professor of Christian Education, Senior Regional Associate Dean for LA/MS Extension Centers, and Director of Mentoring Programs in Christian Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a passion for developing disciples and ministry leaders for the church. He is married to Emily and they have two children Lydia (10) and James Robert (5). He is a graduate of Leavell College (BA), and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div, Th.M, and Ph. D.).
Hal Stewart
Hal is the Associate Professor of Discipleship, Director of Spiritual Formation and Director of the Doctor of Education Degree Program at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to his teaching at NOBTS, Stewart served for 13 years in church ministry roles overseas in Kenya and South Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee. He is married to Julie Moore Stewart and they are blessed with three children: Trey, Jordan, and Hallie. He earned his Ph.D. and Th.M. (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary), MDiv (Southeaster Baptist Theological Seminary), Master of Education and Bachelor of Science (Clemson University).
