She co-authored, The Adventures of The Black Phenomenon and Pleasures: Love, Sex, and Poetic Stories, with DeJuan Cuffee, and has published 7 business articles in the Philatrepreneur Journal, founded by Dr. Victoria Boyd. She has published poetry with Women Entrepreneurs of America, as well as with DeJuan Cuffee. She has founded United CompassionateCare, Inc, a nonprofit in Las Vegas, NV; that assists clients to live addiction free, therapeutically improving their outlook on life. Sharon enjoys giving back and often called a 'Walking Nonprofit.' Sharon is also the owner of Hands That Help Wellness Center LLC in Las Vegas, NV. She provides Mental Health Outpatient services to the metro Las Vegas areas. She is a mover and shaker in the community. She serves as Chair with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc as the visionary for their local nonprofit. Sharon obtained a degree in Sociology, Psychology, and Nursing as giving back was always her intentions. She presently works as CEO for the companies she started five years ago. Sharon is a Certified Facilitator, Safety Consultant, and Qualified Mental Health Associate for federally funded programs. Sharon is highly analytical and is considered a Risk Management Expert in the state of Nevada. Sharon has embraced poetry since the age of 8. She was always the one the school or church wanted to be the speaker, or she had to always write the poem for the funerals as they lost loved ones in the family. These areas of her life made her a fearless speaker and presenter. Sharon writes on numerous topics as she writes from the 'spirit.' She is dynamic with Metaphoric, Spiritual, Uplifting, and Erotic poetry. Sharon is the mother of Anika Snider-Stephenson and the grandmother of 4 grandsons Michael Brooks III, Makai Brooks, Jacob Brooks and Jonah Stephenson. She is extremely happy about the addition to her family. Robert Stephenson is her son-in-law and adds additional love with Olivia and Christian. She adores her family, traveling and giving back to the community are the priorities on her list of importance. She enjoys jazz, classical, and smooth R&B, and dancing in her down time. She enjoys scrapbooking, making flower arrangements, cooking to entertain, and decorating for events. She thrives and seeks opportunities for volunteerism. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, INC, Mu Rho Sigma Chapter in Henderson, NV. She has the name Rhoyal Poetess #3 in her chapter. She is a legacy member of The Order of the Eastern Star. These organizations assist with community support, service, and the greater good of humanity.
