Sarah Cornelius is Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Aberdeen, UK. She has over twenty years' experience in distance and online learning in higher and further education.
Carole Gordon is Emeritus Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Aberdeen, UK.
