Julie is an international speaker and coach who specializes in anger resolution and effective communication. She is a Registered Psychotherapist in private practice, and the author of several books including Top Ten Lists to Live By, Getting Past Your Past, Anger Solutions, When the Last Straw Falls: 30 Ways to Keep stress from Breaking Your Back, and Anger Solutions by the Book. Julie resides in St. Catharines, Ontario with her husband, Steve, two of their three children and their toy poodle.
