This volume uses cutting-edge theory and empirical analysis of channels of international interaction to build new knowledge about strategies of entrepreneurs, domestic and multinational firms, governments, and international organizations facing increasing globalization. The ongoing process of globalization implies the continuing expansion and intensification of economic, political, social, cultural and judicial relations across borders. Globalization presents new opportunities to some, but risks and threats to others. Bent Jesper Christensen is Professor of Economics and Business Economics at Aarhus University, Denmark. He has also taught at Cornell University, Harvard University, and New York University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.
Carsten Kowalczyk is Associate Professor of International Economics at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, USA, and Adjunct Professor, Aarhus University, Denmark. He has also taught at Dartmouth College, Harvard University, and Pennsylvania State University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from University of Rochester.
