Prof. Maoai Chen has over thirty years of experience in teaching and investigation in the welding field. He has been the director of the Institute of Materials Welding at Shandong University since 2008. He has been awarded several Government Science and Technology Awards and has over 60 publications.
Wenjian Ren, a senior engineer, has over ten years of experience in developing and application of robotic welding system. He has published more than 10 academic papers.
Yuanning Jiang , a senior engineer, is mainly engaged in welding intelligent control and non-destructive testing. He has hosted one national scientific research project and participated in three national scientific research projects, and has almost 10 publications.
