Jeff Chegwin is a music industry veteran behind many hit artists, from discovering Billy Bragg to giving Simon Cowell his first hit Top 10 boy band to promoting Pavarotti, Elvis Costello and Paul McCartney. He is the co-creator of the million-selling charity group The Soldiers.
Carmela DiClemente is a Radio Academy Award-winning producer for some of the nation's most popular radio shows including Vanessa Feltz and Simon Mayo Show's on Radio 2.
