David Cerny studied in Bologna and Rome, received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Charles University in Prague. He is a Research Fellow at the Institute of State and Law and the Institute of Computer Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He has widely published in the Czech and Italian languages.
