JACK CASAZZA is currently President of the AmericanEducation Institute and an Outside Director of the Georgia SystemsOperation Corporation. He is an IEEE Life Fellow, a former utilityexecutive and consultant, and has won many awards for hiscontribution to the development of electric power systems.
FRANK DELEA retired in 1997 from Consolidated Edison,Inc. where he had assignments giving him broad insight intoplanning, operational, financial, rate, organizational, and legalissues. He was involved in many issues including mergers andacquisitions, investments in nonregulated subsidiaries, andcorporate restructuring. He was leader of the team charged with theformation of a holding company.
