Description
A serial killer dubbed The Peeper stalks sleepy Midlothian Ohio, cutting off the eyelids of his victims as trophies of his grisly trade. The police are baffled, having more victims than suspects. Enter Dr. Randall Corlane, a humble everyman whose only pleasure comes from chatting on social media.
