Combining practical advice, compassion and a wonderful sense of fun, this book is a wonderful addition to your toolkit for parents and professionals alike. The book gives parents a fun and accessible tool to open discussions with their child about how to manage strong emotions as well as giving the parent some guidance on how to best work through each chapter. The Superhero and their super powers are beautifully illustrated and bring the book to life. They give the reader a real sense of what they might be feeling and how to use the strategies discussed.
