Description
On the night Derek Halston takes a chance and expresses his commitment to the woman he's been pursuing for two years, he returns home to prepare for a late-night date. Before she arrives, he finds an old trinket he's had for years. This time, when he picks it up, it awakens and brings back lost memories, including the memory of his being from another world. It speaks to him and tells him he must find the four who arrived with him and reconnect the segments of the device in order to return to their world. Another from his world arrives and informs him that a group of five is being sent to take the device for their own purposes and he must complete it before they can do so.
