Paul Bright is a is the creator of Sleep You Deserve, a strength-based sleep coaching service that helps people optimize their sleep without relying on medications. Paul became a certified sleep science coach after battling several sleep disorders (such as insomnia and sleep paralysis) that began in his Air Force career and continued for a decade after. His access to peer-reviewed journals while attending grad school helped him develop holistic techniques along the way. Now he wants to pass on his knowledge and personal experience to others who want to improve their sleep life.
