This is a short book which seeks to cover the forces which pushed Germany into World War II. Poland, certainly she wanted war with Germany, and believed that she could be victorious with English and French military backing.
England wanted the war to destroy the German international trade, reestablish the English Balance of Power, and the German independence from International Finance - which threatened the entire debt based global financial network.
International Jewry, which declared a "holy war" war on Germany in 1933, kept up a global boycott of German goods and services, and promoted a hot shooting war. In 1939 they declared themselves an Allied Power.
And then there was Franklin Delano Roosevelt's America. Roosevelt intrigued and incited the war for his own purposes - surprisingly to destroy the British Empire and replace it with American world-wide hegemony.
