This book contains papers from the First International Workshop on Oral and Dental Image Analysis, ODIN 2025, the ToothFairy3: Fast Multi-class Segmentation in CBCT Volumes Challenge, and the Semi-supervised Teeth Segmentation and Registration, STSR 2025 Challenge, which took place in conjunction with MICCAI 2025 in Daejeon, South Korea, during September 2025.
ODIN 2025 received 13 submissions, out of which 9 papers were accepted for publication; ToothFairy3 had 18 final submissions, of which 6 were accepted for publication; and for STSR 2025, 5 papers are included from 78 teams registered in the segmentation task and 52 teams in the registration task.
