Zhuming Bi, PhD, is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering in the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering and Harris Chair in Wireless Communication and Applied Research at Purdue University Fort Wayne. He was a 2023-2024 Fulbright-Nokia Distinguished Chair in Information Communications Technologies (ICT).
