Persons
Ilona Paweloszek is an academic, teacher, and researcher hailing from Poland. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in Management and Quality Sciences. Her commitment to academic excellence is further reflected in her completion of pedagogical studies focused on training teachers in technical subjects. She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Czestochowa University of Technology, specializing in "development management and consulting. Since 1999, Dr. Paweloszek has been a dedicated member of the Faculty of Management at the Czestochowa University of Technology, where she has played various roles in research and education. She fulfilled many responsibilities, such as being an organizational and scientific committee member for more than 20 international conferences, a member of editor boards of 3 scientific journals, and a reviewer of many scientific articles and conference proceedings. Dr. Paweloszek's research interests revolve around cutting-edge technologies that support managerial decisions.
