Dr. J.P. Modak has been serving as the professor of Mechanical Engineering at J D. College of Engineering, Nagpur. He holds a B.E. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, ME by research in areas of Stress Analysis, PhD in Mechanism and a D.Sc. in the concept of Human Powered Flywheel Motor from RTM Nagpur University. He areas of research are automation, theory of experimentation, ergonomics, man-machine systems, applied robotics, rotor dynamics, and kinematics and dynamics of mechanisms. He has contributed to more than 800 research papers, including more than 100 journals of international repute. He won the national award for the "Best Research Paper" twice and has also won the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Event of International Conference. He has been instrumental in developing various products and applications in the field of mechanical engineering. He holds the IPR and copyrights on several applications, has delivered more than 120 lectures.
Dr. Vidyasagar Vellanki presently works as Director at National Power Training Institute. He received his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, his Master in Thermal Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University A.P. (India). HE has served in Central Electricity Authority (GOI) in Investigation and Appraisal of Thermal Power Plants from techno-economic perspective for about a decade and works with the National Power Training Institute conducting Training in operations, efficiency and performance of thermal power plant for about 25 years
Dr. P. B. Maheshwary did his double doctoral research degree in two different specialization (Machine Design and Thermal Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering. An accomplished teaching professional with more than 3 decades of teaching experience and 10 years of research experience. He has published more than 20 research papers in SCI and Scopus (A+) indexed international journals. He has In-depth administrative experience gained while he was the Director of an Educational Institute since 2008. A self-driven, result oriented person with flexibility and ability to connect to all levels in an organization, he continuous with self-development and continuous learning as he adds to his knowledge. He is an asset to the Institution he is associated with.
