Persons
Melvin J. Dubnick, PhD, is a professor of political science at the University of New Hampshire and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. He received his PhD in political science from the University of Colorado-Boulder and has taught at Emporia State University, Loyola University of Chicago, the University of Kansas, and Rutgers University-Newark, where he is emeritus professor of political science and public administration. He has served as co-editor-in-chief of the Policy Studies Journal and managing editor of Public Administration Review. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles, mostly focused on accountable governance and public sector ethics, as well as textbooks on public policy, public administration, and American government.
