Description
In the final days of the Genpei War, a court lady, now a Buddhist nun, sits on an undecorated ship with her tiny grandson, the rightful emperor of Japan. They have fled the revolting Minamoto clan across mountains and seas, taking this final stand at what will be known as the battle of Dan-no-ura. Now, with nowhere left to flee, they face treachery too.
