Description
Johnny Ryan and his new found friend, Nick Halloway, never imagined summer camp would send them on a journey into a strange world filled with challenges, traps, and dangers like no other place they had ever been. The two build an inseparable bond as they work to free a person they are not even sure is alive. They must face many challenges, knowing the entire time that they too could end up trapped in this strange world they have discovered. The story blends the everyday interactions of the camp along with their secret journeys into this strange world. The possibility that they, too, could end up trapped is ever present and only helps to build the strongest bonds of trust and friendship. Even in the face of clear danger, the greater cause pushes them forward with twists and turns that will keep you reading as if you were right there with them.
