His current studies focus on the Internet public discourse and digital policies in post-Soviet countries. Anna Chizhik . PhD in Cultural Studies, leading analyst of the e-Government Center at ITMO University, senior lecturer of the Department of Information Systems in Arts and Humanities of St. Petersburg State University. Research interests: theory and history of culture, media communication.

Andrei V. Chugunov . Head of the E-Government Center, ITMO University. He co-organizes the International Conference "Internet and Modern Society". He is a member of the interdepartmental working group on forming an e-government in Russia under the Presidential Council on the Development of Information Society. He has been an active participant in international and national projects designed to develop the technologies of the information society and e-government, as well as communicate the Russian and foreign experience in implementing interactive services to the governmental bodies. He is a member of editorial boards of the journals "Information Society: Education, Science, Culture and Future Technologies" and "Culture and Technology".
