Description
Alles über E-Books | Antworten auf Fragen rund um E-Books, Kopierschutz und Dateiformate finden Sie in unserem Info- & Hilfebereich.
Starting with an overview of the role of ethics and core ethical principles, subsequent chapters provide concrete guidance for each of the three sections of the RBT (R) Ethics Code: responsible conduct, responsibility to clients, and competence and service delivery. The authors then show correct and incorrect applications of each code item and provide practical examples and solutions for applying each section to everyday practice. Also included are test questions where RBTs (TM) can test themselves on their newfound knowledge, along with a glossary, the complete RBT (R) Code of Ethics, and suggested readings. Last, Appendix D, "Considerations and Conversation Starters," will help RBT (TM) trainers quickly focus on specific code items and presenting scenarios for discussion and role-plays.
This book is intended to serve as a primary text for the training of RBTs (TM) as well as a reference and study guide for these RBTs (TM) and their trainers.

"Once again, Bailey and Bruch have provided the field with a timely and much needed book. The RBT Ethics Code will be of great benefit to Registered Behaviors Technicians and those who supervise them. I see it as being an integral part of any training and supervisory effort and another layer of protection for the children and families served by entry-level behavior analytic practitioners.
Richard M. Foxx PhD, BCBA-D, Emeritus Professor of Psychology, Penn State University

"Another winner from Baily and Burch! The RBT Ethics Code explains each of the 31 principles in easy-to-understand language, illustrated by actual ethical dilemmas drawn from Dr. Bailey's experience on ABAEthicsHotline.com, including suggested ways for RBTs to respond.
