Nikki Ashcraft is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the TESOL program at the University of Missouri. She served as Chair of the Teacher Education Interest Section during 2014-2015. She was named one of 30 Up and Coming leaders in the field during the TESOL International Association's 50th Anniversary celebrations.
Thomas S.C. Farrell, PhD, is a professor at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. His professional interests include reflective practice and second language teacher education and development. He has published widely in these areas. His work can be found at www.reflectiveinquiry.ca.
