Nikki Ashcraft, PhD, has taught English and trained teachers in the United States, Mexico, Chile, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. She is currently an associate teaching professor in the online TESOL program at the University of Missouri, USA, where she enjoys interacting with teachers around the world.
Thomas S.C. Farrell, PhD, is a professor at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. His professional interests include reflective practice and second language teacher education and development. He has published widely in these areas. His work can be found at www.reflectiveinquiry.ca.
