Linda Allen is Professor of Finance at the Zicklin School ofBusiness at Baruch College, City University of New York, andAdjunct Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business, NewYork University. She is also the author of Capital Markets andInstitutions: A Global View and co-author of Credit RiskMeasurement: New Approaches to Value at Risk and OtherParadigms, (2nd edition). She is an associate editor of theJournal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Economics andBusiness, and Multinational Finance Journal, and haspublished extensively in top academic journals in finance andeconomics. Jacob Boudoukh is Professor of Finance and the foundingdirector of theCaesarea Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild Center forCapital Markets and Risk Management at the Arison School ofBusiness, IDC; as well as holding positions at the Stern School ofBusiness, New York University. ormerly formerly with and currentlyvisiting Stern-NYU; and a member of the NBER. His work has beenpublished in academic journals such as The American EconomicReview, and The Journal of Financial Economics, as wellas practitioner journals such as Risk.AnthonySaunders is John M. Schiff Professor of Finance and Chair ofthe Department of Finance at the Stern School of Business, andEconomics and Finance Department Chair at New York University. Heis also editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance and theJournal of Financial Markets, Institutions and Instruments,and has published Financial Institutions and Management(2nd4th edition). Professor Saunders has published widely intop journals such as Journal of Finance.
