The purpose of this book is to rapidly study basic questions for the PMP exam to familiarize students with the process groups, knowledge areas and processes of project management.
The first half of the book focuses on basic questions from a predictive standpoint to give students a flavor of traditional project management through a PMI lens. Some of the questions are open-ended whereas others are closed ended. The PMI publication Process Groups, a Practice Guide is a good reference document for this as it focuses on process groups and knowledge areas.
The second-half of the book focuses on PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition questions. the questions are at the basic level to gently ease students into the narrative for this publication.
The book concludes with a final word about how to prepare for the exam.
