This Handbook of Infrastructure Finance, edited by well-established development finance scholars, Abor, Macomber, Arun, and Murinde, brings into the picture one of the missing blocks in the finance literature, infrastructure financing. Infrastructure finance is critical in supporting economic development and sustainable growth in emerging and developing economies. The book not only provides the reader with a good overview of infrastructure financing challenges and experiences throughout the world, where lessons can be learned but also provides us with the best approaches and innovative solutions to tackle infrastructure financing gaps, especially in emerging and developing economies. This is a must-read book for anyone interested in infrastructure finance and development finance.
