I currently work as a University Lecturer and executive trainer. I hold MSc in Project Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK, and certified from PMI (PMP, and PMI-ACP).
25 years of experience in project management, design thinking, QA/QC, and coaching, leveraging these forces to create cultures of collaboration, innovation, and engagement in multinational companies. I have also conducted training on Team-building, Adaptive Leadership, Agile transformation, and GROW Model Framework (Goal- Reality - Options -Will) for leaders and managers to structure coaching and mentoring sessions with their employees.
Introduced lean principles in organizations using Kanban, resulting in successfully helping teams to better prioritize and continuously improve their workflow by removing waste process improvement.
