Agile Compact

Agile makes use of many frameworks and techniques. There is no "One Size Fits All" approach, but each team, each program and each organization needs individual decisions. We provide a compass for this with the "Agile Compact" pocketbook. The compact book contains important agile frameworks and techniques as well as an orientation when they are useful. Herewith, we provide a handbook to make good and well-founded decisions in practice when introducing agile frameworks and techniques. Details on the frameworks and techniques can be found in the relevant literature, which is indispensable for implementation.
