The authors trace the revitalised unilateralism and selective multilateralism of the US, while also exploring the broader multilateral frameworks developed by China and other countries. Liu Zuokui is the Senior Research Fellow and Director of the Institute of World History, Chinese Academy of Social Science. He focuses on the specialized areas of European studies, Central and Eastern European Studies, European Union Integration Studies, China-EU relations, and EU-US relations.
Marek Hrubec is the Senior Research Fellow focusing on global studies, political philosophy, and the China-Europe-US relations in global interactions and tensions. He is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
Yan Shaohua is the Associate Professor and Deputy Director at the Center for China-Europe Relations, Fudan University, Shanghai, where he teaches and researches EU political economy, China-Europe relations, and transatlantic relations.
Marek Hrubec is the Senior Research Fellow focusing on global studies, political philosophy, and the China-Europe-US relations in global interactions and tensions. He is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
