Vincent Zhuang has been working in web GIS as a senior software architect, GIS analyst, and GIS specialist for more than nine years. He is a GIS lead at the Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) in Falls Church, Virginia. He started EnviroMapper in 1997'the enterprise-wide web GIS tool for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'and continuously led the development of the EnviroMapper suite of tools for the EPA from 1998 to 2004. He holds a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Remote Sensing and GIS from Purdue University at West Lafayette, Indiana. Dr.Zhuang has served as a professional journal reviewer for the International Journal of Remote Sensing since 1993. David R. Wrazien has more than 20 years of experience in the GIS industry and is currently employed as a Senior Solution Architect at Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) of Redlands, California. He has worked with industry leaders to deliver server-based enterprise GIS capabilities to core IT platforms and applications. Mr.Wrazien received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and his Master's degree from the University of Wyoming. Minhua Wang is a system architect, data modeler, and GIS developer with more than 18 years of experience in the IT and GIS industries, including extensive experience with ArcGIS. He is currently a technical architect for GeoDecisions, a GIS/IT consulting company. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in GIS from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
