Laura Zavan is a native of Treviso in Veneto, and has lived in Paris for the last twelve years. She is a contributor to numerous magazines and has worked as both a food stylist and a recipe writer. She has a passion for products with a history: recipes are often inspired by her native Veneto region as well as southern Italy where she spends her holidays. Her cooking is a reflection of herself - generous and uncomplicated. It's this very Italian desire to share and communicate that is found in all of her cookbooks.
