Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Information Processing and Network Provisioning (ICIPNP 2025)
Description
This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the Fourth International Conference on Information Processing and Network Provisioning, ICIPNP 2025 Spring/Fall, held in Qingdao, China, during June 14-16, 2025 and November 7-9, 2025. The revised full papers presented in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected. The listed works broadly focus on next generation intelligent communication networks (5G A/6G, UAV/HAPS/NTN systems, space-air-ground integration, spectrum management), AI driven automation and optimization (multi agent systems, intelligent scheduling, anomaly detection, intrusion detection, semantic AI, speech enhancement), and digital transformation in energy and industrial sectors (digital twins, cost intelligence, carbon emission data systems, data lineage, governance frameworks). Additional topics include advanced sensing and edge computing, antenna and RF system design, IoT communication modules, and organizational digital maturity assessment.
