JIANG YU is an associate professor at the Institute of Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He has worked as the Royal Society Research Fellow in the Institute for Manufacturing, Cambridge University in UK. Dr Yu is the member of the editorial advisory board of the International Journal of Electronic Customer Relationship Management. He has also undertaken consultancy assignments for several key foreign and public sector organizations in China since 2001.
RICHARD LI-HUA, PhD, is an Associate at Global Higher Education Consulting (GHEC). He worked for 11 years at Northumbria University as Director of China Management and Technology Transfer at Newcastle Business School, where he taught and researched in strategic challenge and management, technology management, knowledge management and international technology transfer. Richard is an invited speaker to many international conferences and a widely recognized authority on the strategies for international technology transfer.
