Elizabeth Young is a Hudson Valley based author and artisan. The "Loose Limbs" characters have been in her imagination for years and are inspired by personal experience. Elizabeth is a fierce advocate for issues relating to people with disabilities. In her advocacy work, she has met other survivors that have shared their stories with her and those stories helped shape the "Loose Limbs" characters. Elizabeth has a B.A. in Communications from IONA College and is a graduate of their CAP program.
