Lonny Yarmus, DO, FCCP
Dr. Lonny Yarmus is a Vice Chairman of the William Osler Department of Medicine and Professor of Medicine and Oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an internationally recognized leader in Interventional Pulmonology. He is the Director of the Interventional Pulmonology Program at Johns Hopkins, member of the Fleischer Society and founder and director of the Interventional Pulmonary Outcomes Group. Dr. Yarmus has authored hundreds of peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, with a focus on minimally invasive diagnostics, therapeutic bronchoscopy, and innovation in procedural training. He remains actively engaged in clinical research and is a passionate mentor to the next generation of academic interventional pulmonologists.
Armin Ernst, MD, FCCP
Dr. Armin Ernst is an internationally recognized pioneer in Interventional Pulmonology. With a career spanning academic, clinical, and executive leadership roles, he has been instrumental in shaping the field through innovation, procedural development, and multidisciplinary care models.
