He is a Fellow of the Association of Professional Shooting Instructors and holds many shooting qualifications His articles on guns and shooting have appeared in many sporting periodicals as well as the mainstream press. Michael has been an active game shot for more than 30 years. He has hunted birds and larger game on four continents and has held high averages in various clay shooting disciplines. He was British Side by Side Champion 2004.
