YOUCAT Prayer Book

A special prayer book for young people from the same team who wrote the internationally bestselling Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church, YouCat. A book designed to help you on the prayer path of friendship with God. This is a collection of old and new prayers to accompany you through the highs and lows of life. You will find in it prayers drawn from Sacred Scripture and great figures in Christianity past and present. The book consists of two parts. The first part is a prayer cycle with morning and evening prayers for two weeks. The days of the first week are dedicated to themes from our life with God and those of the second week to themes from God's life with us. The second part is a collection of prayers about various topics and concerns of relevance to young adults and teenagers. The book includes new prayers along with traditional and the time-honoured prayers of Holy Scripture. It also gives a lot of practical advice on how to pray.
