Power Generation, Operation and Control

This book introduces undergraduates/graduates majoring in electrical engineering to the economic and engineering aspects used in the planning, operating and controlling of power generation and transmission systems for electric utilities. It presents advanced mathematical and operations research methods used for electric power engineering problems, and covers methods currently applied in the control and operation of electric power generation systems.
