The Organizing Committee welcomes you to the ISSE 2006 Conference in St. Marienthal, close to Görlitz. This 29th International Spring Seminar on Electronics technology is a guiding forum in Europe especially for young scientist in the field of Electronics Technology, Packaging and in Nano-Technology.
We are thankful to the members of the local organization committee for a high-quality scientific program over three days. This book includes the abstracts of all oral and poster presentations. The full papers will be published on CD-ROM, available also from the IEEE Electronic Library for the scientific world.
We hope that these three days will be filled with a lot of interesting scientific discussions between junior and senior researchers, students and representatives of the electronics industries. This European Electronic Packaging Network includes nano-and microelectronics research, education and cooperation between young scientists from eastern and western Europe. The seminar is also a potential starting point for scientific communication.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank
