Prof. Dr. Frank H. Witt is an author and consultant working from Switzerland and Malta. His focus: how Agentic AI will transform the way we learn, lead, and organize our future. Prof. Dr. Frank H. Witt is an internationally recognized author, lecturer, entrepreneur, and consultant whose work explores how artificial intelligence transforms the way we learn, lead, and organize society. Working from Switzerland and Malta, he partners with venture-capital-backed projects worldwide to design hybrid study and executive training programs powered by AI, shaping the future of business transformation and higher education. He studied economics and philosophy at the University of Wuppertal and conducted research at the Telecommunications Research Institute there; at the Instituto de Dirección y Organización de Empresas (IDOE) of the University of Alcalá; and at the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology (RCAST) at the University of Tokyo. His academic career spanned Germany (Wuppertal, Karlsruhe, Hanover, Berlin) as well as London, Cairo, and Windhoek. Later, as Chairman and Partner of Science, Consulting & Investment Ltd. in Hong Kong, he led international projects in economics, technology, and education. Since 1987, he has published widely as an author and editor-books on management, organizational research, and digital transformation, and more than 50 scholarly articles on leadership, sustainability, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and social media. His current focus is on Agentic AI-the rise of AI agents as social actors-and their role in reshaping organizations, institutions, and everyday life. With decades of experience bridging academia, business, and technology, Witt brings a unique perspective to one of the most urgent questions of our time: how to orchestrate human and artificial intelligence in ways that advance both innovation and society.
