Description
I Am a Growl is a high-energy, performative read-aloud where children become growl-y, rowl-y, animals that sneak, lumber, sprint, and reach. Set
in real habitats, it blends early science with imaginative play. With clues in the words and face painted faces, children guess each animal. Perfect for
classrooms, homes, and birthdays or Halloween celebrations.
I am a growl.
Prowling through the grass, my stripes hide me- shhhhh.
I am a...
TIGER!
With lively, rhythmic text that's perfect for reading aloud, I Am A Growl introduces children to animals that growl and the wild places they live. Kids don't just read this book-they embody it, becoming the animals, growling, sneaking, sprinting, and pouncing along the way. These movements align with kindergarten and primary curricula (e.g., drama, dance, and physical education).
