Description
For his first comprehensive monograph (accompanying his first solo exhibition at Museum zu Allerheiligen, Schaffhausen, Switzerland), Floating Point, Andrin Winteler has developed new works that focus on the movement and alienation of objects in film, installation, and photography. Using technical tools and digital processes, he explores the limits of our perception. He investigates the transitions between dream and reality, between truth and illusion. Enigmatic-almost surreal-Andrin Winteler's works invite reflection on the flood of images in our everyday lives.
Andrin Winteler studied Art and Media at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). He grew up in Schaffhausen and now lives and works in Zurich.
