Kate Dingwall is a seasoned spirits and wine writer by day, and working WSET-trained sommelier and bar professional by night. Her work regularly appears in Toronto Life, The Toronto Star, Forbes, Canada's 100 Best Restaurants, ELLE, Wine Enthusiast, MAXIM Magazine, Liquor.com, DuJour Magazine, Eater, and VinePair, and a number of other publications, both online and print. She finishes most days with a Gibson Martini on the rocks with a twist.
