Double Act

In the story, Ruby and Garnet are identical twins who go everywhere and do everything together - especially since the death of their mother three years earlier. They dream of being a double act forever but when their father falls in love, their lives are thrown into turmoil. Facing a move to a new home in the country with their father's girlfriend as a permanent member of the family, the girls must also come to terms with the fact that they are changing as well - and growing up in different directions.
