Carol Wilson is a speaker, writer and broadcaster, and former Head of Professional Standards and currently on the Global Advisory Panel at the Association for Coaching. As founder of Performance Coach Training Ltd, she designs and delivers coaching programmes to commercial organizations all over the world as well as schools and county councils in the United Kingdom. She experienced the value of a coaching culture first hand while working at board level with Sir Richard Branson at Virgin, and became the first woman in the world to found a successful record company, before holding board-level positions at Polygram and WEA.
