Lo-Zar

As Lo-Zar, last of the Morphil, prepares for his final transformation to the higher plane, he is troubled by the sound of a whale's cry for help. Thus begins Lo-Zar's final task - to save the sea mammals on Earth from the destructive powers of mankind. To accomplish this he calls a giant of a man who lives as a hermit and swims with the dolphins, and a female dolphin belonging to the US Navy Marine Mammal Study Centre ...Events come to a climax at a meeting of the International Whaling Commission, when a series of strange phenomena take place throughout the world. As vast numbers of whales and dolphins gather off the south coast of England, a giant man in a flowing white cloak, accompanied by a boy and a dog, makes his way to a small village in Bournemouth. The sky darkens and dreadful sounds fill the air.
