Description
When the only thing you've got in common is love...Self-appointed fix-it queen Cara Nightingale and corporate lawyer Henry Fitzherbert are madly in love, but couldn't be more different. Her multi-cultural London family blends English cream with African chilli and Caribbean spice and creates enough dramas for their own reality show - a far cry from Henry's rural, aristocratic world. So, when Cara's first love Ryan - whom her family has always adored - reappears intent on picking up where they left off, and reviving painful memories she would rather forget, Cara is caught between the devil she knows and her nagging fears about surviving in a different world. Can Cara let go of the hidden past that still haunts her and embrace a new reality? As new truths battle with old convictions, Cara is forced to confront her past and her own prejudices and to test everything she has ever believed about who she is and what she wants.
